We primarily design using 316L stainless steel, a highly durable and recyclable metal that does not rust or tarnish. Many of our pieces also incorporate recycled materials to minimize our environmental footprint.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. Because we use high-quality stainless steel and premium plating techniques rather than copper or brass, our jewelry will not react with your skin or leave green marks.
How do I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on every product page. You can use our printable sizer or measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own to find your perfect fit.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Vitaly pieces are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item breaks or experiences unusual wear, contact our support team with your order number.
